Dental X-rays (radiographs) are images of your teeth that our doctors use to evaluate your oral health. These X-rays are used with low levels of radiation to capture images of the interior part of your teeth and gums. This can help our doctors to identify problems such as tooth decay, impacted teeth, bone loss, periapical abscess, cysts, tumours and other pathologies.
With the latest installation of a CBCT machine, we are also able to reconstruct a three-dimensional (3D) image of your teeth and jaws for the most accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
